Sometimes it's a child's game and other times it's a deadly serious game.

I have no idea if this is a good or bad notion. I'd rather they didn't make any more nuclear waste. In other words, I want all nuclear facilities to be shut down. On the other hand, if they must make it, perhaps it's better that's it remains where you can observe it and monitor any problems.
