U.S. to Bolster Missile Defense to Deter Attack by North Korea

The United States will deploy additional ballistic-missile interceptors along the Pacific Coast in a clear response to North Korea's tests of nuclear technology and long-range missiles.
The US can find billions to throw at projects like this but can't raise the minimum wage or keep Congress' hands off "entitlements". Sigh. I don't think North Korea is a real threat -- but I must say, their young leader appears to be insane. He seems to be a craven creature with no restraints placed on his behavior. It has to be frightening to be around him.
