A recent school assignment gave my grandson the chance to re-write history in a way. This is his version of the Constitution. Looks like our future may be in good hands after all.

We the people of the United State of Nickopolis are really cool and have three main rights. Those are the right to life, to liberty, and property. Here are some more rights we have.
Religion
Vote
To have a attorney if in trouble with the law
Freedom of Speech
To be able to chose the representative
Privacy
To buy what you want
Representation on Taxes
Freedom
The right to run for office
And so on.
These rights are unalienable and if anyone tries to violate these rights they will be arrested by out top Cop force. The government cannot force you to do anything you don’t want to
Our government is made up of three branches and three counties considering we don’t have enough people for a state.
We will split our country into three counties, each containing 6 people. Each county will elect one legislator, one judicial branch guy, and one executive branch man. There is no house or senate. They will also pick one president candidate from each county and they will run against each other to see who is president. They will reelect every two years. We will have no political parties because of our lack of people. They can still have their own views though.
The legislators cannot make laws that our unconstitutional and it must have two people that vote for the law for it to pass. The executive branch can veto the law and send it back but if all three vote for it then they can over ride his veto. The judicial branch can stop a law if they find something is unconstitutional about it. The judicial branch decides what happens to people who break the law.
We will have no income tax and the people will vote tax on if they want tax or not. There is only one tax that comes once a year, which is property tax. The people will decide all other tax if they want it or not.
The people in our executive branch doubles as our military and policemen or women. The police cannot break down your door unless they have proper evidence you are doing something illegal.
LAWS
1. No killing
2. No stealing
3. No smoking
4. No harming or putting people in danger
5. Yes you can have guns but no shooting at people
6. No Vandalism
7. Pay Property tax
8. There is some more laws in those paragraphs
