Another beautiful seaport city in the lovely country of
Norway and it seems only fitting that this gal that was born in a city adjacent
to the City of Roses, Pasadena, California might step foot on the shores of
Molde, Norway know as the “town of roses”.
It is an easy and colorful place to walk and window shop.
Everything one can imagine from chic shops to smoked fish sellers and from
hairdressers to sweets and hot chocolate.
Since I am personally not a big bridge fan I elected not to
take the Atlanterhavsvegen / The Atlantic Road which is a collection of bridges
that appears to hop like frogs across lily pads from islands and scraps of land
to the edge of nowhere.
Molde offers spectacular views of the exquisite of the Romsdal
Mountains making this stop more than worthwhile. Tomorrow we make our last
Norwegian stop in Bergen.
